Delegates from 787 Dream liner visited our college and conducted a seminar. All final year students attended this seminar and given knowledge regards usage of Advanced Composite Material in Aircraft manufacturing.

HIET, Aviation College signed MOU with the following airlines in the year 2018: 1. Air India Engineering Services Ltd, Chennai. 2. BlueDart Aviation Ltd, Chennai. 3. Orient Flights Aviation Academy, Mysuru.

A women’s day was celebrated with all girls students from HIET Aviation College and from Polytechnic college. All ladies staff and guest were also participated. The event was successful and celebrated with great joy.

A batch of 36 students visited Air show, Hyderabad . It was a wonderful experience for the students to visit various types of aircraft.

A total of 73 students passed out in the year 2017 – 18 and in 2018-19 a total of 89 students passed out.

In the year 2017 Hindustan Group celebrated its 50th Year Golden Jubilee function. All our Alumni’s from various parts of country & abroad have participated to make the event a mega success. Our students interacted with our old Alumni.

Regular visit is being arranged for 5th semester Avionics students to visit ATS complex, Meenambakkam, Chennai. Students will be familiarized in RADAR control room, Communication department and ATC operational procedures.

Regular visit to Coast Guard, Chennai is being arranged to the students of 3rd Semester. Students are familiarized with History of Coast Guard, Role of Coast Guard, Area of control and Visit to AERO hangar.

First year admitted students in every year are familiarized within house facility available in our Group of Institution like Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science. Students visit Aero department and various Aircraft available.
