Sampath\, Principal\, proposed the welcome speech.  This was followed by a video presentation about Hindustan Group of Institutions. \nDr. Anand Jacob Verghese\, Director & CEO\, Hindustan Group of Institutions\, advised the faculty to make use of the facility available in the campus and provide quality training to the students. \nDr. Maalathi .K.R\, Advisor\, Hindustan International School\, spoke about the topic “Attitude\, Motivation towards the Profession” and advised the staff to update their knowledge in order to impress students and stay motivated to their profession. \nDr. Rengaraja\, Principal\, KCG College of Technology\, discussed about the topic “Effective Communication and Class Room Teaching Methodology”.  Dr. Rengaraja stressed the importance of thorough preparation of the subject using standard reference books and common practical applications to make their points clear to the students. \nMr. Cloudin .S \, Associate Professor\,  Computer Science\, KCG College of Technology\, explained the procedure of lesson planning\, the systematic completion of the syllabus and planning for periodic tests and assignments so as to help the students to understand the subject without rushing. \nMr. Surendran\, Training officer\, HIET Polytechnic College\, briefed about the various value added skill development courses offered at HIET in association with various industry partners.  Mr. Surendran also detailed about the student placements completed in the year 2014-15. \n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_masonry_media_grid style=”lazy” items_per_page=”6″ element_width=”4″ gap=”5″ filter_size=”md” button_style=”rounded” button_color=”blue” button_size=”md” arrows_design=”none” arrows_position=”inside” arrows_color=”blue” paging_design=”radio_dots” paging_color=”grey” loop=”” autoplay=”-1″ item=”masonryMedia_Default” include=”1853\,1854\,1855\,1856\,1857\,1858\,1859\,1860\,1861\,1862″][/vc_column][/vc_row]\n\n \n \n\n
