The Air India team recently visited HIET to conduct the selection process for the Air India AME Cadet Program. Around 19 students participated in the process, with many successfully progressing through the stages.

The visiting Air India team included Mr. Manu Saxena, Head – Engineering Training; Mr. Piyush Kumar, Talent Acquisition Partner; and Mr. Saksham Sinha, Sr. Manager, Aviation Academy. The selection process included a written test followed by personal interviews, giving students an opportunity to demonstrate their technical knowledge, skills and passion for aviation maintenance.

The event was held in the presence of Dr. Anand Jacob Verghese, Chairman, Hindustan Group of Institutions, along with academic leaders and dignitaries of HGI.

This initiative provided students with valuable industry exposure and a platform to take an important step forward towards building a career in aviation maintenance with Air India.
